Riddick<\/b>, CARC, RCP\/f, RTR-S, recipient of the 2024 NYS Justice Peer Initiative Impact Award in Training &amp; Development, is an experienced trainer offering custom coaching and communications programs.\u00a0<\/p><p>With personal insight into long-term addiction recovery, a distinguished training practice of more than 20 years, and specialized credentialing experience and expertise, her priorities are:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Promoting<\/strong> addiction recovery through developing and delivering high-quality, experiential training programs for professionals which build fluency in communications and an actionable vision of the recovery journey across a lifetime.<\/li><li><strong>Empowering<\/strong> professionals, enhancing training standards, and envisioning a sustainable life in addiction recovery through original experiential learning programs and expert technical assistance.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"font_7 wixui-rich-text__text\">In 2004, she expanded her experiential education portfolio by establishing <strong>Sobriety Together Training<\/strong> to include a specialization in recovery.\u00a0 A decade later, she added CCAR training programs through its RCP Facilitator designation.\u00a0 More recently, she has been offering Training For Trainers programs, focused on building training businesses and developing best training practices.\u00a0<\/p><p>Ruth is convenor of the <a href=\"https:\/\/mafn.org\/Join\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mid-Atlantic Facilitators Network<\/a>\u2019s bi-monthly <strong>Conversations about Facilitation-in-Training community of practice<\/strong>.<\/p><p class=\"font_7 wixui-rich-text__text\">She holds a certificate in experiential sociometrics earned through her psychodrama work with mentor, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiandayton.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Tian Dayton<\/a>.\u00a0 She is a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC), and a professional member of the NYCB Trainer Registry, which she co-founded in 2020.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"font_7 wixui-rich-text__text\">Ruth serves on the Advisory Board of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recoverycoachprofessional.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Association of Recovery Coach Professionals<\/a> (IARCP) and on the Board of the <a href=\"https:\/\/nyatcp.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Association of Treatment Court Professionals<\/a> (NYATCP), both commitments dating from 2022.\u00a0 She presents at the annual NYATCP conference among other regular public commitments.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"font_7 wixui-rich-text__text\">Ruth is a member of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.naadac.org\/passionate-professionals-dispassionate-practice-webinar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NAADAC<\/a>, the association for addiction
